Convenient location near Nakanoshima Park.
I found the size of the room quite cramped for my family, which was a bit disappointing given the price. Additionally, the staff I interacted with did not demonstrate the warm hospitality typical of Japan. There was also some inconsistency in the service. while the onsen amenities were pleasant, it felt like the staff's care varied depending on who you encountered.

Very clean onsen with complimentary ramen in the evening. However, paper blinds let in too much light too early.

Unexpected comforts in Osaka
On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the serene atmosphere and traditional tatami mats. The onsen experience was refreshing, and the complimentary ramen late at night was the cherry on top of a great day.
However, the firmness of the pillows took a bit of getting used to, and the somewhat confusing messaging regarding tattoo policies made using the onsen feel a bit uncomfortable for me.

The location near Nakanoshima Park made exploring Osaka easy. I loved the Ryokan-inspired room. it felt comfortable and clean. The onsen was particularly relaxing. However, the pillows were rock hard, which was uncomfortable. Also, the elevators were unkempt, and the tatami mats had visible stains, taking away from the overall experience. The staff varied in demeanor, with some being very helpful while others felt indifferent. The breakfast was nice, but a few more amenities, like free cold drinks in the lobby, would have been great given the heat outside.
